G. Alexander Doman

G. Alexander Doman is the Founder, President and CEO of ABT - Advanced Brain Technologies. Alex is the third generation of a pioneering family of neurodevelopment specialists working with pediatric and adult populations since the 1940's. Prior to founding ABT in 1998 he served as Executive Director of the National Academy for Child Development.

For over 13 years he has focused on the research and development of products that apply principles of brain plasticity with an emphasis on auditory and visual information processing. Alex leads the international multidisciplinary team who is responsible for creating all ABT products including the Music-Based Auditory Stimulation™ method The Listening Program® together with other music programs; SoundHealth®, Music for Babies™, and Spatial Surround® HD. Further products include BrainBuilder®, an interactive brain training software technology for the assessment and improvement of working memory and other cognitive functions.

Alex has developed curriculum for and trained thousands of health, therapeutic, education, and music professionals as Providers of The Listening Program®. He is a frequent invited lecturer at international conferences and his work is regularly covered by the press. Alex is a music producer, writer and inventor with a patent pending on methods to improve auditory processing and spatial awareness.





Sheila Allen, MA, OTR, BCP
Co-Director and Co-Founder of Pediatric Therapeutics
Member of The Listening Program Clinical Testing Team

Sheila is an occupational therapist with over twenty years clinical experience, and a longstanding appreciation for the influence of sound in our daily lives and the value of sound in facilitating change. She is Co-Director/Co-Founder of Pediatric Therapeutics, a children's therapy center, and Integrated Soundwork, a specialized practice combining sound modalities with sensory integration, both located in Chatham, New Jersey. She has been using The Listening Program with clients since it first became available in 1999. She is also a member of the ABT training faculty and development team for The Listening Program.





Ron B. Minson, MD
Co-Founder and Medical Director of Dynamic Listening Systems, Inc.

Dr. Ron Minson brings a unique background in public health, family practice and psychiatry to his position at The Center for InnerChange. He received his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine and is board-certified in Psychiatry and Neurology.

His general medical background includes serving as a Peace Corps physician, family physician and Medical Director of fifty physicians at a metropolitan neighborhood health center. After completing his psychiatric residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, he established a private practice. He served as Chief of Psychiatry for Presbyterian Medical Center and as Director of Behavioral Sciences at Mercy Hospital in Denver.

In 1990 Dr. Minson became certified in the Tomatis Method by Dr. Tomatis in Paris following a heartfelt search for a way to help his daughter, who suffered for years with a severe learning disability. The Center for InnerChange now uses Dynamic Listening Systems, developed by Dr. Minson and his staff. He travels nationally and internationally presenting seminars on the intentional application of sound to promote change. Ron is also a member of the ABT training faculty and product development team.




Mandy Eyre
ABT - Advanced Brain Technologies

A member of the ABT Team for over five years, Mandy is responsible for event planning, international training organization, Provider relations, and continuing education.

Mandy was instrumental in the development of the Provider Distance Training program. She is on the company training faculty and presents at TLP Provider Training courses throughout the United States.

Her current focus is on obtaining approvals for ABT as a CE Provider for various organizations, and the development of programs that support the growth and infrastructure of the International Provider Network.
