Provider Conference

Cancellations must be made in writing, pre-paid registration refundable less $100.00 Deposit. No refunds will be made less than one month prior to a selected conference. ABT reserves the right to cancel any conference with due cause and full refund of any registration or deposit fees paid.


2 Day TLP Provider Training

Cancellations must be made in writing, pre-paid registration refundable less $100.00 deposit fee. No refunds will be made less than two weeks prior to a selected training course. ABT reserves the right to cancel any training with due cause and full refund of any registration or deposit fees paid.


3 Day TLP Provider Training

Cancellations must be made in writing, pre-paid registration refundable less $100.00 Deposit. No refunds will be made less than one month prior to a selected training. ABT reserves the right to cancel any training with due cause and full refund of any registration or deposit fees paid.


Distance TLP Provider Training

There are no cancellations for Distance Training.
