Applications

High Spectrum Classic 1 is recommended for use after completing at least one or two cycles of The Listening Program and for continued listening. This CD may be appropriate for enhancing creativity, internal awareness, to improve concentration and attention, to elevate mood and for improved energy. It has a very light and motivating quality to it. With the emphasis of the overtones of the string instruments in the right channel, and reduction of volume to the left, HS Classic 1 can be useful in reinforcing right ear laterality.
