Using Rhythm to Beat Sensory Sensitivities

People with sensory sensitivities often find it difficult to manage a day's stimulation.  Compromised with regard to their own rhythms, sensory sensitive people are apt to either depend upon the periodicity of structured routines and repetitive activities, or react to the random flow of their days. Recognizing rhythm's essential roles in our lives, this talk will emphasize rhythm as an integral component in working with those who experience atypical sensitivities to the stimulation of daily life.
